Jeremy is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Regenerative Medicine Solutions where he is leading the development of the financial systems, strategic planning, and organizational development. A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Jeremy moved to Tampa with his wife, dog, and two cats in 2012 to escape the cold weather. Jeremy is an avid Cincinnati Sports fan and despises the Pittsburgh Steelers. Lynne Margnelli

Lynne Flaherty Margnelli is the Executive Vice President of Regenerative Medicine Solutions where she is leading the development of operational systems, strategic planning and organizational development. Her favorite part about working for RMS is being part of a company that is changing the lives of people suffering from chronic lung disease. Before coming to RMS, Lynne worked in healthcare operations management and consulting, helping to streamline processes and implement a patient centric approach. A native of Rochester Hills, MI, Lynne moved to Tampa in 2007 to be near family and to escape the cold weather. Lynne enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, traveling and yoga. Shawn Clymer

  Shawn is the Senior Patient Relations Manager at RMS where he guides the focus and strategy of the Patient Relations team. His favorite part of RMS is the feeling of being a part of something bigger than himself -- advancing the state of healthcare. Before joining RMS, Shawn served as the Director of Patient Coordination at Laser Spine Institute. From Columbus, Ohio, Shawn attended the Ohio State University. He left Ohio for the warmth of Florida, lived in Scottsdale, AZ, and Denver, CO, but returned to Tampa because it always felt like his true home. He enjoys traveling with his wife Lauren, reading spy fiction, playing guitar, golfing, and hopes some day to be a contestant on Jeopardy. Back To Staff

Ann Sells Miller

Prior to becoming the Executive Vice President of Regenerative Medicine Solutions, Ann Sells Miller served as the Chief Operations Officer for Advanced Healthcare Partners. She also held the position of director of Scheduling for the Laser Spine Institute. Ann is a graduate of Tulane University and avid philanthropist. She has served multiple years on the Board of Directors of the Junior League of Tampa. In 2012, Ann co-founded 100 Women of Tampa Bay, Inc., a nonprofit organization, with the mission to create, inspire and engage women to make a greater impact by uniting their philanthropic influence. Jack Coleman, Jr, MD

Dr. Jack Coleman, Jr. is the Medical Director of the Nashville Lung Institute clinic. As one of our physicians, he has the chance to be a part of an emerging field of medicine that has the potential to completely change how we understand disease and aging processes, and to effectively treat these problems at the cellular level. Dr. Coleman’s favorite parts of the job are, on a personal level, watching patients regain a quality of life that most people take for granted, and on a professional level, participating in the expansion of new medical technologies. Dr. Brain Goldwasser

  Dr. Brian Goldwasser is the medical director of the Pittsburgh lung institute. His favorite part of  RMS is that spending quality time with patients and offering hope in their struggle with chronic lung disease. He also enjoys being at the forefront of exciting research. Prior to joining the LI team, Dr. Goldwasser worked in primary care and as a hospitalist. He is married with four children, so, needless to say, life at work is usually much more calm than life at home. A native of Pittsburgh, Dr. Goldwasser attended medical school at Philadelphia’s Thomas Jefferson University. He enjoys a good Stephen King or Harlan Coben novel, watching Seinfeld and playing softball and hockey. Sreedevi Marakatham, MD
Medical Director

Sreedevi Marakatham, MD

Sreedevi Marakatham, MD, is one of the physicians at our facility in Dallas, Texas. She attended medical school at the University of Kerala in Kerala, India, followed by a three-year residency at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. During her residency program, she continued her education and training in outpatient and inpatient care, critical care units, and emergency care. Dr. Marakatham also completed a rotation at the Kingsbrook Center’s attached nursing home, gaining valuable experience in Geriatric care. In her third and final Kingsbrook residency, Dr. Marakatham took the lead as Chief Medical Resident. Her work experience and special interest in treating people with chronic health conditions brought her to Texas. Dr. Marakatham served at Community Oriented Primary Care, part of the Parkland Health and Hospital System. As Attending Physician in the Adult Module, she provided comprehensive primary care, health screening, immunizations, and treated people with acute and chronic medical conditions. While working in primary care, she saw a high volume of chronic pulmonary patients and was excited to find the Lung Institute’s treatment options for patients with lung disease. Back To Staff

Clinical Operations Director

Jessica Reed

  Jessica is a Nurse Practitioner at the Regenerative Medicine Solutions Tampa clinic. She works with patients and performs therapy procedures to help fight their debilitating conditions. Jessica trains new staff and providers on therapy practices and protocols. Her favorite thing about working at RMS is the great work environment and caring employees who are happy to be at work and take pride in what they do. She particularly enjoys meeting new patients and helping them achieve a better quality of life. Prior to working at RMS, Jessica managed the cases of patients with chronic medical conditions at a family practice. Jessica grew up in Ohio, but is now a “Florida Gator” through-and-through.

Melissa Rubio, PhD

Melissa Rubio, PhD, APRN, works with the Lung Institute team in Dallas, TX, to provide patients with stem cell therapy for their lung disease. Dr. Rubio also serves as a visiting professor at DeVry University’s Chamberlain College of Nursing. Prior to starting with the Lung Institute she served as a family nurse practitioner with Pleasant Ridge Internal Medicine in Arlington, TX. Dr. Rubio has published papers in medical journals and brings over 15 years of nursing experience to RMS.

Haylee Morphew

Haylee Morphew, APN, works with the Lung Institute team in Franklin, TN, to provide patients with stem cell therapy for their lung disease. Prior to working at the Lung Institute, Ms. Morphew worked at UrgentMD in Hermitage, TN, where she provided urgent care for walk-in patients and managed acute illness and disease prevention. Before UrgentMD, she provided general and preventative care, conducted check-ups, treated illnesses, ordered lab tests and prescribed medication at Right Care Clinic in Lewisburg, TN. Back To Staff

Patricia Paradis

Patricia Paradis, ARNP, is key to providing patients with stem cell treatments at our Lung Institute Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. Before working at the Lung Institute, Ms. Paradis worked as a family nurse practitioner at PainStop Clinic in Phoenix where she specialized in the treatment of pain control for a number of medical conditions. Dezi Zevin

Dezi Zevin, PA, works with the Lung Institute team in Tampa, FL, to provide stem cell therapy to patients with lung disease. Before working at the Lung Institute, Ms. Zevin worked as a physician’s assistant at Bayside Urgent Care where her duties included performing physical exams, ordering labs, interpreting labs, developing treatment plans, and performing a wide range of procedures. Prior to working at Bayside Urgent Care, Ms. Zevin worked at Florida Orthopedic Institute where she performed orthopedic consultations and procedures, including joint aspirations, injections, and she performed orthopedic stem cell procedures. Prior to the Lung Institute, Samantha worked as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO and Director of Operations at a revenue cycle management company and as Sales Associate for a commercial parts supplier. Samantha holds an Advanced Certified Patient Access Representative designation from Alabama Healthcare Financial Management Association. Kenneth Hendrickson

Ken Hendrickson is the Web Specialist/Developer at Regenerative Medicine Solutions where he helps manage our email campaigns and maintains our websites. His favorite aspects of what he does include connecting with people and making sure they know what help is available for them. Prior to Ken’s arrival at RMS, he was a web marketing specialist making sure people received the mobility aides they needed to help them live comfortably and independently. Ken is a Florida native, born and raised in St. Petersburg. When he’s not hard at work helping people, he enjoys cars, photography, fishing and supporting his wife’s aspirations to become a professional bowler. Before coming to RMS, Rick worked as a developer and project manager for an award-winning children's hospital, a large software company, and a cutting-edge marketing/advertising firm. A native of New Bedford, MA, and raised in St. Petersburg, FL, he returned to the Tampa Bay area in 2014 after 15 years in Nashville, TN. Shelbey Bleke

Shelbey Bleke is a Patient Coordinator at the Lung Institute where she speaks with patients suffering from pulmonary diseases and guides them along the process to treatment. She worked in association with the Lung Institute in her previous position and was immediately drawn to the company culture and values. Shelbey graduated from the University of North Carolina where she played volleyball and then migrated back down to sunny Florida in 2012 where she loves being near the beach.

She has seen pulmonary disease in her own family and feels very blessed to be able to offer education and hope to her family as well as others facing chronic lung diseases.   Loribeth is happily married with a son and daughter, and greatly appreciates the work-life balance offered by RMS. Loribeth is a graduate from The Gemological Institute of America and previously worked in retail management and diamond appraising. Ashlee Claiborne

Ashlee Claiborne is a Patient Coordinator at Regenerative Medicine Solutions where she assists patients on their journey to a better quality of life. Her favorite part of working at RMS is being able to give back by helping people and making a difference in a positive environment. She is engaged and has a beautiful 3-year-old daughter.

Previously, Ashlee held a position at a division-1 University in Louisiana as the Assistant Director of Wellness and Fitness. Ashlee is originally from Tennessee, where she was a collegiate softball athlete.

She enjoys living a healthy lifestyle by working out, hiking, reading, traveling, and cooking, but her favorite past time is spending time with her family and going to the beach.  Her personal motto comes from Philippians 4:13--“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Prior to RMS, she worked with her alma mater in biological research at University of California (CAL) Berkeley, directly attending to patients as a certified Emergency Medical Technician. She also managed an integrative medical practice in Silicon Valley.   A certified yoga instructor, Lauren believes the definition of health is not merely the absence of disease. She strives to help people achieve mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. His favorite part of working at RMS is making a positive difference for patients making his coworkers smile. He is engaged and has a 6-year-old golden retriever. Previously, Juan was an AppleCare Senior Advisor for iOS and Mac computers. Originally from Colombia, he migrated to the United States 16 years ago. He holds a Bachelors in Health and Science, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Missouri. Juan enjoys running 5k, 10K, and half-marathon races, but his favorite past time is kayaking and exploring with his fiancé and his dog. As a  patient coordinator at Regenerative Medical Solutions, Marilyn  finds it rewarding to make a positive difference in a person’s life. Previously, Marilyn sold medical equipment to hospitals and surgical centers. She has worked in sales and marketing in the healthcare field and chambers of commerce. Originally from Memphis, Marilyn attended the University of Tennessee before moving to Houston, and finally to the Tampa Bay Area in 1994. She has two grown daughters and 4 grandchildren. Marilyn is active with the Zeta Tau Alpha alumni group, and enjoys boating, scuba diving, entertaining and most of all having fun with her grandchildren. She has volunteered at Lowry Park Zoo, Habitat for Humanity and the National Think Pink breast cancer awareness campaign.
